Guild Wars 2

so engie is not my main but I like to run my engie a bit and getting its equip up. I am totally lost as to what to do since last patch. went from an engie then could run in small party and live to dying in 2 hits. I was a bomb engie with healing bombs and a condi pistol/ shield build with elixir gun and elixir s to get out of bad spots. now it doesn’t even seem like healing turret drops in time before your dead (and that is with running dire armor) so what the hell am I supposed to do? I see there are some pvp build with flame thrower and might + condi builds but they are all pvp so do they work in wvw? if so what armor now since even with dire im burst down in 2 sec, I see more med kit spec so is that what I should use wait for the hit then heal?

All kinds of lost after new patch and need some major help or else ill just be stuck on my main (ele) which at least a thief/gaurd doesn’t kill me in 2 hits.

Engi is awful roaming right now. Stay with your already op ele if you want to enjoy yourself.

I totaly disagree with Titan over here, for me Engi has always been and still is an awesome roaming profession. I run condi build with bomb and tool kit with Dire armor, giver weapons (P/S) and rabid trinkets.
