soo our alrdy bad mortar elite, got nerfed even further, it may be a bug tho, anyway
prior update i used to have won in a power build to drop mortar, use skill 5 of it, then just go on not caring about the mortar, and it would shoot automatically in few sec (if it has to turn a bit)
now u gotta stick to ur mortar till it shoots, else the skill goes on cooldown + doesnt shoot
