Engineers have a pretty good access to boons, so it doesn’t seem like a very good rune choice compared to others. I used lyssa on my warrior when I did PvP, just because war has no access to boons & bad condi removal.

It’s been longer than just last patch; I was getting all the boons with supply drop and lyssa since at least dragon bash.

Lyssa only grants Protection and Retaliation now, which is why it works. Apparently they couldn’t get it working before it was nerfed. HAHA
