if you had to choose between the two, which is better to have? I know there isn’t any power/cond/toughness gear but there’s carrion with power/cond/vit and the karma gear with precision/cond/toughness. removing the toughness vs vit, which would be better to have in your opinion?

precision is more useful because you can stack precision bonuses that also does con damage. But pure conditional damage isn’t great imo.

what gear is recommended for condition builds then?

That is a very general question. Do you want purely offensive build? a lot of toughness? A lot of Hp?

well I guess for mostly offensive with a bit of survivability. what are the best attritubes for damage with a p/p elixir build. also slightly related, does the proc from sharpshooter stack with the bleed of pistol and elixir gun 1?

Do you want your survivability in the form of toughness or vitality?

The answer to your question is yes, it does stack.

I wear prec/cond dmg/toughness armor and pow/vit/cond damage jewelry with prec/pow/cond dmg jewels in the jewelry.

That way I stay at 45ish% crit chance, 1500 condition damage and spread a split on toughness and vitality as a 3rd stat blend.
