I remember reading on patch notes saying thakittenwas fix and does work with out crate. The boons it will give you is irrelevant of the boons you already have. When 2 of the same boons are given, it stacks in duration and if applicable intensity
I use a full set of Runes of Lyssa and the 6th rune skill does not proc with Supply Crate still.
The boon given by the 4th rune skill is random regaress of what current boons you have and can even include might. This paired with Elixer H gives you a fair amount of boons all at once. The 4th rune skill even procs when you overcharge the healing turret. At a 15 second cd you can get a lot of procs off the rune in a fight.
I love this in my HGH build.
The ‘leaked’ notes say that they’ve got it working, but they said they got it working a while ago, too.
i don’t recommend lyssa on a 180sec cd elite anyway.
Lyssa has always been one of the less useful runes. For almost any task, there is always a better rune.
My apologies to the Lyssa fanatics i might have just offended.

There is truth in that. That being said on thief and warrior there are builds that do well with lyssa runes.

I run Lyssa with Elixir X. The result is pretty hilarious because nobody ever see it coming. I won’t claim it’s the best use of rune/elite skill slots though. =D

The 6th bonus has worked with supply crate for me. I have an armor set with Lyssa runes that I’ve used on and off for a couple months without any issue with supply crate.
Ok, it is working now. I’ve had my set for two weeks and remember being severely disappointed when it didn’t proc when I first got it. I hadn’t messed with SC much between here and then because of it.
