so your lightning hammer does more dmg from attunement traits, your axe dmg increase increases deathshroud dmg so does the rifle mod trait(+ 10% dmg with rifle) increase the dmg from all my kits that i use when i have a rifle and not a pistol? thinking of taking this in a bomb build over the vuln traits…thx for an answer

I think you will notice that this trait only effects the weapon skills only anything that isn’t a rifle skill won’t get a damage buff to my knowledge, I could be wrong but it doesn’t seem like anet wouldn’t let us get a free 20% damage bonus to explosives without some sortof temporary requirement

It probably works. All the damage modifier traits for ele, thief and warrior work when they equip a bundle, so i dont see a reason why it wouldn’t work for eng too.

I’ll try testing it (FOR SCIENCE!) when I get home to see if there’s a noticeable difference in damage.

I realized that I forgot to report back. I tested on some training dummies to negate crit chance, and sadly rifle mod does not appear to affect the damage of kits.
