Ive been testing some static discharge builds including a hybrid in pvp on dummies and for some reason the s/d only procs about 50% of the time when i use my toolbelt skill any reason why? i can hear the electrical sound of the proc but it wont shoot a bolt out

false. it procs all time for target skills

toolbelt skills such asRiffle turret, AED, Tool Kit, Personal Battering Ram, Utility Googles.

But if u using for -exle smth like Toss Elixir B then u need to:
1. Select some target in fron of you or in cone.
2. Turn the camera the way so it will be in line of sight with head of your character.

so all the utillity skills will proc s/d? i use Flamethrower, eg, and toolkit

they will, but EG will fire into the ground, if you not align your camera properly.

also, don’t run S/D with them.
whatever your traits are, all these skills have rather long cd’s, so pick a more useful trait.
