how do i swap my rifle to two pistols during combat? the swap weapon icon doesn’t appear. i noticed there is no extra inventory slot to equip a second pistol. let alone equip the first when using a rifle. can engineers have a pistol belt holder? extra swap slot in inventory then i could swap to my pistols when i needed to. it seems more logic to have a pistol belt holder. even if there is a 5 second delay while changing. if there is something i missed, and you can swap to pistols during combat without opening the inventory pls let me know

Kits are essentially weapon sets. They replace your 1-5 slots so instead of swapping between 2 weapons sets, we can have access to as many as 5 (gun + med kit + kits in 7-9 slots)!!! Not a good thing to run so many kits at once but you could.

thats kind of a shame i was hoping i was just doing something incorrectly. after awhile (a few patch updates) i kind of get annoyed using kits as soon as i find something that works together it gets changed the the build dont work.. i’m starting to loose interest in this game, too many changes i cant find anything worth using anymore.

Same with all of us. We are the veterans of nerfings. Although we are all ready knocked down and bleeding, we keep getting hit every month. I try my best not to forsake the engineer.

Kits are the engineer’s weapon swap. Some kits offer better skills for different purposes, and you can, get this, trait for those kits in various ways as if they were a main weapon.
