whats the deal with rocket charge
Rocket Charge evade frames go like this: “Dodging, vulnerable, dodging, vulnerable, dodging, huge vulnerable aftercast.” This all happens in the one skill.
Simply, there’s 3 different times the Engineer is moving, that’s when he’s evading.

It operates very similar to a Revenant’s Unrelenting Assault, where it’s only able to be countered when a strike is occurring. It has to have those breaks in order to have counter play and not be completely OP. You’re getting 1000 range with 3 strikes that’s also a leap finisher on a 12 second cooldown.
It’s strong and the evade works very well in conjunction with Scrapper line “Perfectly Weighted.”

You’re right, but the problem is that most people don’t even bother trying to counter it.
They would rather have it nerfed than learn how to stop it. Guess it’s easier that way.
Not that i’m surprised. Those are likely the same people that didn’t bother destroying turrets, that still don’t bother killing gyros even now, and that whine if they do what they’re supposed to do.
