10% Extra dmg when burning
Good with a sword/torch build since you’re consistently setting the target on fire.
Its just another one of those things that you have to support that talent. Don’t just get it to get it.
If you use fire fields, or utilize it with other traits you can keep an enemy burning for almost the entire fight. Add in allies causing burning, and, well…now you have a nice 10% bonus to damage. =)
If you have 15 Radiance and you’re building for damage, it’s a good idea. Also works well with deep Virtues.
If you’re only thinking solo, yes because 6 seconds of 10% extra damage is good.
If you’re willing to expand your thinking to team play, yes because 60 seconds of 10% extra damage is sniper kitten sexy.
Group:
Virtue of Justice in an average group of 5 (works on NPC and can be more than five): 5.5 × 5 = 27.5 secs of burning (92% uptime).
Solo:
With Renewed Justice, the target should at least be on fire for 6 secs when you engage it. Should be plenty of time to kill it (or complete your burst chain).

The max amount of burn time on an enemy is 25 seconds though. It’s still worth it to have the talent, Virtue of Justice and 15 points in Precision is enough to have a lot of uptime on burns and guardians have a number of other sources as well.
