Dear AN Devs,

Some feedback regarding a concern related to baseline adjustments.

An example:

So a skill’s base cooldown is 20 seconds yet with tweaked out traits and gear this skill’s cooldown can be reduced to lets say 12 seconds making it an overpowered skill. If I’m not forced to use a cookie cutter build then I might never end up with the overpowered version of this skill and adjusting baseline values would result in possibly an “underpowered” version of the skill for me.

I would suggest adding caps on cooldowns and boon durations(can vary from skills and PVP flags) to counter traiting skills to overpowered levels. Just a dev2dev suggestion so toss it if it doesn’t fit.
