Guild Wars 2

Please change this trait to “A torment inside”(spirit weapons cause torment on hit) and move it to grandmaster.
This change bring second condition for guardian and some utility for spirit weapons.

Much prefer the name to be “Punish the wicked” and also, i have to say just give us torment on crit for 1h weapons in radiance and be done with it, I already hate AI spam in this game, we dont need more.
