So, is it 33% or 20% cond duration ? Has anyone been able to test this ?

Looking like 20% from what I can see.

Master of all Professions
sPvP Rank Dragon – 8 Champ Titles – Ruby Division

I tried to test this in the mists, unfortunately none of the NPCs stack long enough conditions for a conclusive result
