Can someone confirm Absolute Resolution is bugged or not bugged. I swear that it doesn’t go off every 3s like it says in the new tool tip label on the skill. I was testing it on class NPCs in heart of the mist and i could only see the 200 heal tick go off. Maybe i’m not seeing it fast enough, idk? I’m using a clerics amulet/jewel and 0/0/10/30/30 so the heal should be roughly 200 heal a sec normally and traited 500 every 3s. I don’t think I understand this skill …. By design are you suppose to get 2 healing procs 1 every second and additional heal proc every 3s?

When it says x(3s) it means x over a period of 3s, so per second healing is x/3
