Hiya folks,

Just wanted to post up a build idea I thought would be fun to theory craft over after seeing Karl’s update for the Dragonhunter’s traits. If you want to see the ones I’m talking about, here’s a link to the page (you’ll have to scroll down a bit).

This build is pretty much based off of Aegis and of course the Dragonhunter’s ability to provide it with Fragments of Faith and the future update for the Hunter’s Determination trait.

This isn’t a final iteration of the build, but it’s something I would really like to try if we get the updated traits Karl posted. I figure it would be fun and interesting to theory craft and discuss the awesome synergy the trait and trap provide (especially with Hunter’s Fortification). Either way here’s the build:

FYI, imagine that Karl’s updated traits are in place of the ones in the build editor.
For example: Hunter’s Determination doesn’t give stability after using True Shot, but instead when you get cc’ed it drops a FoF trap at your location.

Mind you this build could easily work alongside traits such as Pure of Heart etc. so
feel free to post your own versions of this build. However, all I ask is that we stick to utilizing the updated Hunter’s Determination trait as well as the FoF trap, and that discussion follows alongside these ideas.

That build does have some aegis, but it doesn’t really have anything about FoF. It’s probably a wrong link?

For these builds, just keep in mind the changes mentioned in the op. Hunters Determination drops a FoF on control effect, and Hunter’s Fortification now removes a condition on block.

Diggin the healing build as well. Hopefully DH will be able to support as well as current bunker guards can, well, bunker.

P.S. not sure why I referred to you as Ghost but it was the first short version of your name that came to mind. Only now noticed how your name is spelt.
