So in a guardian 1v1 the guardian that attacks first gets the burst… Guardian A hits Guardian B, aegis burst from A hits B is blocked by aegis and aegis burst B hits guard A… Kind of ironic

What if player A hits while having Focus#5 up? Then takes no damage, and still delivers his burst since one aegis can’t knock off all of Focus#5. O_o

If A has Focus 5 up at the same time he has Aegis one attack will strip Both Aegis and one of the 3 stacks of the focus. Because kitten physics 7.

And yes i am not joking, unless they patched that the last 3 weeks, if you block while having Aegis(Block with Shelter, Protectors strike. Focus 5(whatevername it has)), Aegis will still be consumed.

Even if you dodge, and got Aegis up, aegis will be consumed.
Seems like aegis has the priority over any other damage mitigation, don’t know if it’s intended, but it’s been working that way since release.

Yeah, and it sucks. Makes things like Protector’s Strike really worthless. Though I can imagine a PS/Aegis Burst combo being a really nasty surprise.
