Well, are they? (sPvP/WvW/tPvP)
I play too much hot join so I’m considering practicing wth a team for tPvP. I’m ised to playing a support role in most MMO’s and while gw2 does have diffinitive roles I noticed I like support guard. Long story short: does it work, how to play if, link to build if you please

I’m sure it’s viable, but I don’t think guardian shows its full potential in PvP. Some boons’ duration are cut down and selfless daring trait is only half as effective.

Support guardian is certainly viable. Bunker guardians, which are essentially tanky support guardians are some of the most popular guardian builds and it’s something most serious PvP teams have at least 1 of. Even a more DPS-oriented support build is viable.

You betcha. Support/bunker guard has been manditory in pvp since day one.
