What kind of gear/jewelry do you use? Which runes/ orbs and sigils?

knight for rest
soldier runes
2 rage sigil 1 energy sigil ( energy on my focus )
Mostly knights trinkets but i have the karka accessory of valk and a zerker back plate.

unbuffed ( rounded up and down )
1.9k power
1.6k precision
1.5k toughness
1.4k Vit

38% crit and 41% crit damage.

What food did you use? My main question.

superior sharping stones(power = 6% toughness, power = 4% of vit) and loaves of omnomberry bread(+100vit and 70toughness).
