Here is the build, it focuses heavily on staying alive through mace utility, virtues and condition cures while doing a moderate amount of dps for a guardian through the spirit hammer and sword. Try it out, let me know what you think or if you see somewhere you think I can improve it.

Oops forgot to say the gear I use with it, armor is 6/6 dwayna rune and weapons are +healing on kill in main hand and remove conditions on crit for offhand.

Yeah, spirit weapons are useful in PvP.
The hammer and sword do a decent damage to opponents.
