Berserker gear yes or not
Zerkers will still be the highest damage armor you can wear. Base your decision on that.
If you wanted berserker’s now, you’ll want them after the patch. It’s pretty simple, really.
Since the PvE meta won’t change after the patch berserker is still the best option. WvW is a different story.
Since the underlying game mechanic will not be changed, and never will, the DPS meta will still be the answer to pve. Everything else will be garbage.
^^ Whoa … who says the underlying game mechanic will not be changed? Let’s be honest for the benefit of the OP …. no one at Anet said ‘underlying game mechanics will not be changed’. The only thing they said was that zerkers will still be the highest damage gear. That doesn’t mean to say they aren’t going to make changes where the highest damage gear is always the best choice (re. Teq)
For me it boils down to this…. what role do you want to play in the game?
If you want to be a mostly direct damage dealer, go ahead and get berserker, it will still be the highest damage gear you can get after the patch.
If you’d rather play some other role (bunker, healer, support and so on), but want to get berserker because it’s the current “meta” and/or “viable”, then I’d hold on to the tokens (unless you have enough for a second set) until the feature patch hits and see how it goes.

i was thinking it makes berserker even moren useable, when ferocity come. I think about dragons on them u cant crit anyway.
I only wonder if ferocity synergy is with prec or not if not it will make prec a useless stat ?
