I noticed that Blind Exposure was doing some strange things, and decided to test my observations on groups of five Risen, each pulled with Binding Blade to me.

When activating Virtue of Justice (traited into Justice is Blind), which applies blinds nearby foes, every foe would get blinded, and three stacks of Vulnerability, no more or less every time I tested it.

However, when I used Leap of Faith, each foe would become Blind, as well as receive 15 stacks of Vulnerability, three for each blind applied to nearby enemies.

Is this intended, is VoJ broken, is LoF broken, am I missing something, or what?

Added a cd of 60 seconds for the bonus of blind exposure o.o

Leap of Faith is bugged currently. It’s very powerful, since you can effectively get +15% damage every engagement.
