Boon Build Guardian
Boon builds used to be fairly good back before patching ruined it (imo). You could easily get to 100% without super-gimping your stats. Now, to get anywhere near that percentage, you actually do super-kitten your stats. Givers is not worth it, nor is going with boon % trinkets.
I used a boon oriented boon before the patch called the Virtuous Blade build. It focused on boons and virtues, which go hand in hand imo. I had 90% boon duration with the combo of runes and the Virtue Traitline, and still had decent combat stats.
I think the Healway build variety like the one you’ve listed is going to be your best bet if boon duration stacking is your goal.
Zerker/Knight/Valk gear is probably going to be a good bet for you to make up for the power loss your going to make for boon duration stacking. If your doing WvW, gear more towards survivability. Just do yourself a favor and don’t completely ignore your Power stat.
Back when the rune rehaul came out, there was a post someone made where they stacked the duration up. I’ll try to find it for you.

For WvW big group play I run a boon duration build also. I use sentinels armor and weapons, superior runes of the water and soldiers exotic trinkets with platinum doubloons. You end up with 22k hp 3k armor and 94% duration. Lors of condi clear and group support and ok damage since you can maintain 25 stacks of might easy. It sucks for 1v1 and PvE
