I find these runes really useful for vanilla guard and DH in general, due to it gives power + condi dmg + 25 move speed, way better than traveler runes, and would solve the problem of mobility for offensive guardian builds. I think it is the best choice for this class, but its only available in pvp

and condi is actually not bad either since guardian has lot of burn it can be used as hybrid build or w/e
