The Symbol of Punishment is the only symbol that doesn’t pulse the boon when is placed, unlike all other symbols, so it ticks one less time.

Is it intend or a bug?

do you stay in the symbol when you place it?

What I tried to say is, all symbols (exept for hammer that have 2 seconds duration as base, so pulse 3 times) pulse the boon 5 times – with 4 seconds duration, one when the symbol is placed and one for each second after untill the end of the symbol, but the Scepter symbol doesn’t apply the might when it is placed, only 1 second after untill the end of the symbol (so, only 4 times instead of 5).

I don’t know if this is an intend behavior or it is a bug.

Its a bug for sure. There is no reason it should behave differently than other symbols.
