Hi all,

Can you give me advice on what you think of my build, it’s mainly for PvE, doing map completion, but also for the occasional dip into WvW.
Build
For the WvW, I have full zerker with Traveler runes.

What can I improve?

You trait are pretty standard for WvW no problem. But you shouldn’t use sword/torch for WvW. Staff, Hammer or even scepter would give you better result or adaptability. Sword and GS give you that same thing : Melee dps.

If you have a full zerker gear for wvw, you should have the same for PvE. Zerker is the best gear for PvE. You should really really change build during PvE. You should switch torch for focus, it give you a blind and a block, while torch give you condi removal which isn’t that useful in PvE (you just need a bit, not too much) and a burn (you already burn a lot). About trait, the basic guardian PvE build always use 2/5/0/0/0. After that, there is several options you can choose like :
- 4/6/2/0/2 for max dps
- 2/5/0/2/5 for support
- 4/6/0/2/2 for dps with vigor and shout reduction
