Camp soloing
If you could post your build that’d help a lot. Each camp though typically has a “stack spot” where you can just wreck all the guards at once. Before when I used to play AH I could just stand there swinging hammer autoattack and cap with little to no issue.

My traits are a bit meh they’re 20/10/10/20/10
And then the armor/skills I said above
With all out Berserker/Guard Killer and a Greatsword you can steam roll a camp in around 15 seconds and be halfway through the capture before the swords even appear.
On the other-hand if it’s upgraded you have to pull a couple of mobs at a time which greatly increases the time required
Oh I thought berserker would be best, is there a way I can make my build work for it though?
The problem is your equipment, having almost no critical hit chance and low ciritcal damage, damage just gets veeery low. Like in any other game, critical hits naturally give a huge damage bonus on a hit. Now with extra ciritcal damage it gets even higher, you easily compensate that extra armor and health your had before by doing damage that much that things will die way faster than they had time to harm you.
I still prefer the old fashioned Valor and Honor traitlines (because of strong traits and great synergies) combined with almost all equipment parts on Berserker.
All of the damage comes from your Berserker setup, while Valor synergizes perfectly giving 300 extra armor and that extra 30% critical damage, with very powerful traits. Then there is Honor giving you amazing traits and that extra HP and heal you loose on a Berserker setup. It is well balanced at being able to do amazing damage and having good survivability.

I just switch on zerker gear before taking on the camp.
The other thing to do is to go down the defense vs guards line which is admiringly costly but applied fortitude is an extra 2500 health, an amount invaluable to one of the classes with the lowest health.
for there you have been and there you will long to return.
Ah I see, would I still have reasonable stats only buying berserker armor and weapons? The trinkets are…quite a lot for berserker.
If you just want to solo camps then pvt with a great sword. Make sure you have full bloodlust. Quick and easy.
i can solo camp with tanky gear in arround 20-25 seconds i belive (greatsword)
leap betwen the 2 scouts, dodge, greatsword 5 (pull) greatsword 4(field) greatsword 5(finish the pull intro field) SYG (stability) and whirl , 2-3 autoatacks , you kill all guards except supervisor), and supervisor at 50% hp
Remember if you take blindness from veteran scout (clean it before you use greatsword 5)
I solo fine with Soliders gear and zerk trinkets. Hammer and GS. If you go 20 into Honor line, you can make good use of Vigor on crit hits + heals on dodges.

Strange, I don’t bring them even close to that even with the zerker build I just got. The zerker build is proving to be 10 times harder because I literally die before I can even start attacking, not even joking. This time I have full zerkers, I’ve tried multiple trait set ups currently I’m using 20 20 20 5 5.

Pretty good solo build, it is also fun to run around with. With practice, you’d be surprised at how many enemies you can take on and survive for as long as you can.
p.s.: for soloing camps and if you use the above build, i’d suggest GS+S/F for lots of defense and pure spike.

Yeah I was using s/f and gs.
That looks like a great build, some of the armor is a big out of my reach though

Oh maybe I should go for those, I haven’t been able to decide if I should use my points for guard or siege. I’d be very grateful if you made a video, thank you so much
Running a zerker guard and taking camps is actually a lot better then running something more survivable. Then again I run Zerker meditation guard with 10/0/30/25/5. There are a few ways to get this done. Either you go and pull a scout and a guard without aggroing the supervisor(camp only gets the swords on it if aggro him.) from there you kill those two quickly, then move on to the rest of the camp, this way you take significantly less damage. The other way is find a spot that LoS them and make them clump up, and rain down AoE DPS, and make sure to kill the Scouts asap. It takes less then 20-30 sec realistically.
Edit: I also forgot to add that I have no guards buff like Vit stalking rank trait, or the power stacking rank trait.

do 10/25/30/0/5
sword/focus + GS, triple medi, zerker, +guard defense
So, here is what I would do. Pick any of the well spoken about DPS builds here. Get some running shoes, food buffs, and sharpen your weapons. Hit the server maps since they are typically less busy. Run through the ruins for a quick sentry kill on the way to other sentry kills and camps.
Here is the deal. You are in a constant state of playing hide and seek. You stay along walls and use the map to your advantage. Don’t just head on the road and expect to be greeted with golden bombs of light and love. You have to play smart. Now, you come to a camp via the back or side. You pull archers first. Just enough for them to bounce a few arrows to your Wall of Reflection. Has they do that you may get a guard. No big, pull it with GS 5, or tele using sword 2 but remember to stay on the other side of your reflection so the archers take their own health down to 50 to 75% health. Once the wall is over, you GS 3 and leap to it and finish it off.
Basically what you are doing is using your wall to let the archers nuke themselves. Once they are half, you teleport, leap, or use sword 2 and meet them to finish. Outside of that you can ignore everyone else. Archers first. Then guards. Then camp super. If you want you can do the super after the archers if you want.
I run Amin’s build while knocking out the WvW meta achievement more or less minus a few pieces of armor and trinkets. It is 20/0/30/15/5. It actually works very well with any weapon I’ve seen. Again. Archers first. Use the map. Stay off the roads. And you will take any camp in under 30 seconds.
