Hey, I am new to the game and have just got done giving most of the classes a fairly good try. So far, the guardian has been my favorite with my weapons being a sword/focus mainly and I have a hammer for the weapon swap. So, I was wondering are guardians forced to be more of a utility/protecter role (I am hesitant to use terms like tank or dps in all honesty due to the nature of the game) or can they be built for more of a damage dealing role?
If so what stats/talents should I be looking at and would any weapon/weapon combo be more worthwhile for this goal? Thanks for the advice in advanced
