Allow US, players to decide for ground target or not on the consecration skills, forcing people to use this ground target crap is wrong.

Why the hell this was even changed? WTF?

1. Set cursor to where you need consecration.
2. Double-tap hotkey.
3. ???
4. Profit.

I’m noticing that consecrations used underwater (I know, underwater) are also still ground targeted, and I can’t recall anything like that in the past. Does that sound right at all?

Small workaround as they won’t change anything and if that bothers you that much : Click on the skill to cast it on you, as if it wasn’t a targeted skill.
