Can you actually use the armor shown in the Norn gaurdian screen?
I cant seem to find it anywhere and i think it looks amazing

If you’re talking about the armor shown as an example at the beginning of creation when choosing the class then yes you can get that armor, it’s the Norn cultural tier 3 available from the merchant in the great lodge in Hoelbrak.
