Guild Wars 2

So I have commander tag, and even that I don’t command that much right now I plan on doing it in the future. My build right now it this:

And I was thinking in changing to this:

My question is, do you think it’s worth it? It’s woth getting rid of all Healing Power to get more crit chance and a bit more armor? Because the first one I have enough crit for vigor but not quite enough for Empowering Might to be more efective (since it’s only 1 sec coldown) but My dodges heal more, giving boon heal more (small difference, almost unoticed) … you get the point, but the second I will crit more and will do more damage. I have the first setup but I’m not sure if it is really worth the change or not (I’m not a very rich player and so to make a big change like that it has to be worth the gold, I will have to craft (to help get Armorsmith to 500) new armor and craft a new weapon and that lot of gold.
