Communal Defenses: Grant 5 seconds of aegis to allies when you block an attack

1) does any1 know if the cool down is changing ?
2) will it now effect the caster?

I don’t think either of those are changing, and to be honest, I think it’s fine as it is given where it’s being moved to, especially if the buff to Shattered Aegis is as good as the devs are claiming it to be.

15s is an improvement from the 20s cd it had before and if it affected the caster you would have chained Aegis. so it makes sense not to affect the caster.

Wait, you’re telling me that they actually might reward you for proper blocking? Holy kitten, the hype is real. Fingers crossed that things go well post patch for us.
