Condition Guardian PvP Build
basically the build i run in spvp with s/f+sc/t but you wanna try it with zerk amulet much more dmg pressure
i gald more ppl trying the burning builds as ppl dont get them yet so they dont know what to expect.
i killed too many foes just from blocks while they didnt notice the burning dmg ticking 1k
i think scepter is better than mace as you go condition you wanna start pressure your enemy from afar and then go in with gs. also scepter has nice immobilize and #2 can proc burning 3 times
take smoldering sigil to get 100% duration

Smoldering sigils are BUGGED, so you don’t reach any additional duration (at least in sPVP, I don’t play in other contexts).
Just to complete the list of duration bugs, guardian’s trait “Radiant Fire” is BUGGED, it doesn’t add the +20% burn duration as well.
with the rest I agree scepter >> mace, hands down
Pure Condi guardin isn’t that good, however Power Condi(Carrion) is very good for a Amplified Wrath build. Binding Blade scales on condition damage, and you can even throw on Doom sigil to help with your damage. In terms the way your damage functions is based around, solid direct damage, Burning(700-800 ticks) Retaliation, Poison, Binding Blade on GS(ticks for 360 for me) Easily maintain burning on foes through utility skills and blocks (including VoJ passsive and active) you don’t need to have 2 sec burn ticks per proc of VoJ tbh, you can easily stack it to three procs to fast hitting weapons, and longer duration burns get boosted to even longer durations. Hitting the 100% Duration increase mark on VoJ is too much sacrfice for what it’s worth. 50%+ should be enough.

i have tested the sigil and its havent been bugged for me in spvp
i agree than in spvp you dont need to reach 100% duration as ppl dont tent to escape fight from 1 location. but in wvw where some classes have great abilities to reset the fight you need the burning ticking longer to secure the pressure
