Q:
I’ve seen multiple people stating that this ability causes the virtue to recharge when a mob is killed. Is this a bug? Because the wiki tooltip states it allows it recharge when you rally. Which, I realize killing a mob would cause you to rally, but that’s not quite the same. I am at work and unable to verify in game, but is this how it is worded in game? It would seem a little overpowered to have a group aegis for every mob you kill.

Are you sure people aren’t talking about http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Renewed_Justice which recharges on kill? (15 point radiance)
It recharges only when you rally. Rallying is when you’re downed and a mob that you have tagged dies, then you rally(get back up with.. 50%? hp).
