I really like playing DH trapper in PVE , I find it fun and my DH looks cool lol.
My issue is that I have to roll staff as well kitten and Retreat in order to get good speed boosts. This takes up 2 utility slots for movement…
On the other hand necro and mesmer have fantastic mobility through either a single skill or a trait.
This leaves DH “kitten” if they want good mobility and still have a viable trap build.
This is also leaving me not wanting to play a toon as much

I know there are speed boost mushrooms but the stand alone mobility is my issue.

Agree with you bud! Love my DH and he looks way awesome. but like you said very slow movement speed. Best nights for me is when my buddy plays on his rev and boons me!

That being said I always said to myself if only they added this and added this and so forth. But someone said something in another post today you cant be a tank, have speed and have all the damage in the world. So I guess the compromise is speed for the DH.

@stormcrow…. just put a sigil of speed in your longbow and enjoy permanent swiftness in open world pve. Thats what i do. No need to waste utility slots. And if you really want also use Spring Rolls for swiftness that lasts for days and days and days.
