Asura, Norn, or Sylvari male toon?

I can’t decide!! Could anyone post some pics or help? I was looking through the sticky and I ended up adding Sylvari to the list >.<

In my experience, Asura are fun to play as, and I really like their cultural heavy armour. However weapons etc. are shrunk on them and therefore if you plan to have this toon as a main you might have a tough time showing off achievements such as legendaries etc.

Contrastingly, everything is overly impressive on Norns. However personally I don’t like them, I feel they are too big and clumsy.

I roll with a human Guardian and if I could go back I would definitely have rolled a Sylvari. They are humanoid and so you don’t lose any of that realism in a way but they also have interesting lore and are much more intriguing to customise as Guardians.

So I’d definitely suggest Sylvari.
Either way its the best profession

Norns have odd posture. They seem to have one shoulder dipped down, and it makes them look awkward.

Asurans are too small to show anything off. Several times I don’t realize they have legendaries until I follow the footprints to the little things.

I’m indifferent to Sylvari, but out of the 3 I’d choose the lettuce heads. I personally prefer humans, but Sylvari are close enough I suppose.

I roll a Human but wish I stayed with an Asura after launch. I think they have some cool animations. I don’t like the human staff (male) animation at all but its what I’m stuck with I guess.

If you are into the graphic side of things, then Asura would get my nod.

If you want to do any solo or small group roaming, Norn snow leopard comes in handy. If you are going purely on looks, human female. Otherwise, big norn dude in pink armor will stand out.

I have a Sylvari, but if it was today i would rolled Asura. I might even do one some day if I don’t care abou farming all again to get commander and ascended weapons and etc. I like the animations and since I have allways like small races I should have stayed with them. Lore wise I my favorite are both Sylvari and Asura
