Do you mean fiery wrath and inspired virtue? If so then yes i do believe they stack. I use the combination myself.
Yes 10% damage on burning foes and 10% damage under agis.
I would imagine so, but 10% damage under Aegis is not usually a great option as you’re never under it’s affect for longer than a few seconds before you get hit, not saying don’t take it, just some thing to think about.
