Dragonhunter Feedback
The only thing I like about the Virtues is the F3 block.
It’s incredibly frustrating seeing the “line of sight” text pop up when using LB#4 on a target who is literally 1 inch to my right or left of my character… my character freezes in the middle of combat because i’m not ‘Directly Front Face’ of my Target. It’s a bow for crying out loud… I should be able to fire from my side. Further more, I don’t understand why we can’t fire behind us like or at the very least.. centered on the Guardian like Warriors can with their bow.
Our downed state knockback should be able to Cripple when Dulled Senses is traited.

Sometimes I think the Dragon Hunter concept fits the warrior better than the Guardian, I just cant get the trap idea for a profession that is more close to magic than physical. But… I played a lot DH during this beta, and I it was fun. Some ideas:
Traps: they are nice but I definitely would prefer then to work not as traps but as wards (maybe similar to Necros staff marks). It would fit better the Guardian concept. Make then ground targeted and similar to marks.
Virtues: I liked, would not change much.
Longbow: skill 4 could last more and must be fixed to shot in any direction like Saiyan said on previous post. The other skills are fine, though I would prefer the skill 3 to burn instead of blind.
Traits: a 25% speed trait would be great
Rangrorn Charr Necromancer
Ultimate Legion [UL]
I’m mostly a pve player, and my initial impression is that I like dragonhunter. The bow provides a nice change from guardian’s previous weapons, which frankly I was not good at. The traits seem to provide a decent alternative to what currently exists as well. Took it to Southsun and was able to solo veterans pretty easily. Even took down a champ with one other person. Never could have on my GS guardian.
Overall, I think it did a good job of creating a “keep your distance” style of play against tough enemies. Back away while setting traps, crippling, immobilizing, etc. I’ll have to try it in other areas, but so far it seems pretty balanced.
I rather liked Dragonhunter, use a Meditation for a Guardian, and mixed it with the Dragonhunter, i found that the traps really provided that dmg that would made the build better. Long Bow i like the skill, though i do think i could use a rapid fire shot like ranger’s 2 skill, the 3 skill was aright but i didn’t find myself using it that much, the 4 skill should have a lower cooldown and maybe lower on the bar to 2 or 3.
Skill order
1: Puncture Shot
2: Rapid Fire Shot (could apply a blind for each shot hit or the final shot)
3: Symbol of Energy (with a 7s CD)
4: True Shot (could do an imob)
5: Hunter’s Ward
Even if this doesn’t happen i do feel relatively happy with the skills.

i actually for got about Symbol of Energy shouldn’t be a face area should be more like Hunter’s Ward where u don’t have to face the target to shoot them.
