Hey Devs,
Can you please give us an instacast on Spear of Justice (stil having the flying time surely but that would retain the ability to blind mobs/enemys around you while channeling a skill when traited with Justice is Blind. I think that defensive mechanism is priceless with snipers (which I hope will be back by HoT release) and other hard hitting mobs or for breaking a burst rotation in PvP)? That 1/4 sec would make me stay a core guard though I liked DH
Also an evade frame on Wings of Resolve would be great so we can actually use it in CC-Land. Shield of Courage is in a good spot imho.
