How are we supposed to handle them in a 1v1 situation? Is Symbolic build the only one capable of duelling with them?
Menders symbolic is only one that can stalemate them, yes. You can however steal the point away from them as their CA will make them lose the point, and you can also push them off the point with shield 5. So technically you win that match up. You might wana save shield 5 for the bristleback though.
