Guardian:
Purifying Ribbon: Added a skill fact for the number of bounces.
Signet of Wrath: Added a damage skill fact.
Faithful Strike: Updated the healing fact to display the correct value. Added a radius skill fact.
Bane Signet: Added a passive skill fact and changed the knockdown fact to display the correct duration when this skill is traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
Signet of Judgment: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
Signet of Mercy: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
Signet of Wrath: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
Virtue of Resolve: Updated the buff skill fact to accurately display the healing per tick.
Hammer of Wisdom: Updated the damage facts for this skill as well as its Command skill.
Sword of Justice—Command: Fixed an issue that caused the Command skill to go on full recharge without activating properly when used without a target.
if it weren’t for all these skill facts being updated, i would have quit the Guardian class. and quit the game. YAY!DD
I think we are the one profession with the most correct tooltips. We are the meta when it comes to tooltips now. Thx ANET.

You have to be joking. Seriously I am not saying this is not useful stuff but you would have quit if they didnt update the tootips? If you didn’t know how much stuff signets gave you when traited with perfect inscriptions by now I don’t know what to say. As for what Virtue of resolves heals for per tick lets just say I think its awesome I can really crystalize how poor it really is. Regen in this game are weak and are barely effected by hp so what are you going to do you know what I want to increase virtue of resolve healing by 20 points lets me add a bunch of healing power!

Its the same for all classes: tool tips corrections and maybe one or two minor bug fixes.
We should be grateful that, trivial though these may be, Guardians still got the second greatest amount of love among all the classes.

thanks for pointing that out, Zenguy. as you can tell, i didn’t read notes for the other classes this time around (usually do – if anything for the purposes of being able to better take them down! muahahah).

but joking aside, i do appreciate the fact that the tooltips are updated (the VoR tooltip is most welcome!). not just to help new players, but just to have the game consistent as is. i have a feeling it’s really to handle the upcoming free weekend – so those on the fence wouldn’t be turned off by small mistakes like these. they do go a long way.
It’s not like other classes got any other changes beside few very minor ones like signet of restoration.
btw. they are claming to fix Sword of Justice command skill.
but why the heck just after I changed build and I’m no longer running spirit weapons?

I am so happy I read this thread today.
Actual balance patches have been a bit scarce lately. The last one was last month, the recent 2 (or 3?) patches have been purely LS content with very little balance whatsoever.
I hope they’re still working on balance. Maybe they’re going to do bigger balance patches (the last patch that did balance was pretty major) now, so longer waits between them?
They are waiting until PAX Prime is over I believe.
Yeah, there’s a tourny. They won’t change any balance til after that.

tbh, i think it’s a good thing if they don’t completely (or a huge chunk of it) rework a class. thnk if everytime you just get used to, you have to switch it up again. there are definitely things i want to see for the Guardian to grow into or become in the near future, but tbh, i can’t complain right now. : ))
they’ll definitely always be working on balance. now to see how they once again change the meta. ANet really just has to not “overdo” thigns or strech to the oposite extremes with their fixes and adjustments. which kidn of makes me glad they haven’t been touching the Guardian in TOO many big ways. though, how they changed conditions in the last major patch changed thing up for us from the outside for sure, but that’s something that’s affecting every class – whether you’ve adopted to it or feel you are constantly fighting against it.

Signet of Random mercy:
Passive-Increases healing power by a questionably low amount.
Active-Has a 0.3-4% chance of reviving a fallen team mate, but will occasionally revive a completely defeated alley. May work, or not work within or out of stated ranged.
