Is this intended? The mace’s final blow in the auto-attack chain only hits 1 target despite the 2 previous attacks hitting 3 foes.

I think it is intended. Think about it, its damage is actually pretty good AND it heals multiple allies, if it did big damage on three enemies AND healed allies people would probably be calling for nerfs.
That said, I feel Faithful Strike hitting one enemy is one of the reasons mace doesn’t score too high on damage, I still love my mace and it’s arguably not about damage more than sustain but I, too, would like to see this skill hitting three enemies and triggering the heal once.
