Why not make a proper feedback thread?
Well i will try with SW and Signets.

I like the design of the spirit weapons, even though i would have gone a different route, but they need some tweaks.

1. Reduce cast times. The animation on the cast and when the weapon attack is huge and animations combined with long casting times makes them close to useless in one on one. They are just too easy to avoid.

Make the cast instant on hammer and sword and reduce it on bow and shield but keep the attack animations as they are. This would make them usable in pvp and roaming and still it would be possible/easy to counter them.

In PVE they are fine imo.

2. Add in condition removal on shield of the avenger or even better transfer conditions from allies to the opponent. Or transform conditions into boons on allies. In wvw most damage doesnt come from projectiles, its aoe and condi spam. Adding in something anti condi would make this a pretty neat skill that i suspect people will use.

In short i like SW but they need some minor tweaks to be on an option.

3. Perfect inscriptions.
Nice change but it is not enough. The passive on allies needs to benefit the allies even if the signet is used, other wise it wont work. The actives are to good not to be used (unlike untraited virtues) so this change has close to zero impact on signets builds or the lack of signet builds.

4. Signet of courage should heal every second when passive. This skill both overheals and underheals and is bad battle economics. Making it heal every second would be a huge improvement as a support tool. Also make it scale better with healing power.
Also the active is powerful but the casting time is just to long, add 3 stacks of stability when the cast starts or reduce the casting time to 1,5 s.

I’d love if they left spirit weapon following you when you equip it on skill bar.
Ofc with display on/off switch in options. And mechanic to automatically switch off in large groups.

Perfect Inscriptions: This no longer grants light aura but instead shares the passive effects of the activated signets with your allies.

I think you didnt understand the perfect inscription update.

Well, i do understand it but i realize i been a bit unclear. Pardon, english isnt my native language and most of it is written with google translate. Thx for pointing it out.

I want the passive effect to be active whether the signet is used or not. The current solution isnt enough.

SoA SW by reading it felt like a nerf… it was a 2x stun breaker and 2x block :\

did these things got removed????

Seems alright changes, nothing too amazing. The thing I dislike the most is the long cast time. 1/2 or lower would be much better.

old sw had 1sec cast time and it was a pain :\
I think they want us to pre-cast them, if we want a more faster reflect we have WoR.

sword and hammer works like signet cc now. How do you mean precast them?

Cast time is huge and animation time is also huge. These needs to be instant cast if they gonna work.

Shield says 1200 range, for me its self centered, am i missing some thing here or is the skill bugged?

Also the radius on bow has to be bigger for wvw. Its to small, they can double it.

Been playing a fun alternative wvw build with signets and spirit weapons that feels very supportive to be honest.

But ooooh so slow, they need to fix casting times on spirit weapons.

Shield seems to be nerfed and also needs some love, stunbreak would be nice.

Tbh all spirit weapons suffer from long animations before the effect kicks in, make them all instant cast would make them fun and still counterable due to how telegraphed they are.

well as a SW user on WvW for quite long time, yeah it was always a pain.. i see this more like a nerf than anythign else… the control is nice but they nerfed mostly SoA.

I still need to test how they work now i could not loggin yet into the game due the routing issues, and atm at work, i was happy reading the good mace changes when i actually notice some changes that really needed a wtf meme post….

The 1 sec cast, was more than enought to get me in trouble even on 1v1, still the shield dome was very good after cast with a very good duration and pulsing how it is now?? some sorta copy pasta sanctuary??

Still more than see what went wrong/lacking on this update, there are other questions:
Do we have developers watching the reactions here on the forum?
Do they notice what they really done needs a bit of shaving and tweaking
?
Do developer really will make the necessary changes to this update for the changes that went wrong/ or skill that result on being more underhwelmed than they were before???

Q: 3 domes charges on shield where it takes 1 second to cast it, for how long does the dome lasts, arround 2sec’s like 1 pulse lated?
This is really a super mega nerf….. i dont even need to try it to see its a NERF…. to something that was easy overhwelmed and kitten of work to play with them…
