Feedback on this pve guardian build?
Put the 4 points from Valor into something else, that line is nearly useless for PvE. The PUG variant of the meta, 2/5/0/2/5, should fit quite well for you.

I’d suggest going with the post above me.
Flame legion runes would be a decent and extremely cheap choice for runes. Dolyak would be a waste. Scholar is best.
For gs/sword builds you will want 2 in zeal for 10% damage, 5 in radiance for blind spam and another 10% damage, and 2 in virtues for master of consecrations when needed and flip to unscathed if you have just 2 there if not. Valor is more of a last resort line. You only put points there if you have points left over and it will lead to more damage then putting points elsewhere like 4/6/2/0/2 since that would be more dps than 6/6 etc or to go for strength in numbers if you really feel the need for more toughness and giving something beneficial to the group at the same time.
For utilities you will want wall of reflection whenever there are projectiles and shield of the avenger as well if there are a lot of projectiles and a long fight.

This site always has the best builds for PvE for each class. I personally use the Max DPS hammer build because I like the hammer and because I run dungeons with pugs.
It looks like you prefer sword weaponry though, and there is also a build for that in the link.
PvE = 4/5/0/0/5
Of course, going full meta is a great idea for a starter when he could have a lot more survivability at the cost of very little damage …

I tried the suggested changes and it “feels” strange. I removed all the valor points and shared them amongst Zeal + Radience as suggested.
Now i feel like i’m dying very fast for a small increase on my damage. And leaving virtue without the 2 points on Absolute resolution doesn’t sit well with me since i find that 3 conditions removal is really valuable.
I tried out a 0/5/3/2/4 build and it seems to work better in terms of survivability and damage.
if you are dying fast then unscathed contended is kind of useless since aegis won’t even stay on long
You’ll realize valor is a bad trait line later on (or that is purely for medi builds now)
In any case, 4/5/0/0/5 is the PvE DPS build but if you need some survivability try
2/5/0/5/2, you drop some dmg for 2500 health, vigor, and heal on dodge
