Rough idea, needs some testing done in combat to see if works as I want it.
The basic idea is to start off with Scepter/Torch for the Vulnerability/Burning and if need be Immobilize. Get Spirit Hammer up ASAP, and switch into Hammer to get some melee going. The idea is to keep Burning/Vulnerability going constantly and if you find yourself getting a little too bruised in melee, knock them back with either Banish, Sanctuary, or command the hammer, heal up and switch back into range and so forth.
I’m not entirely sure what I want to do with the equipment quite yet, so zerk is the base, with the Runes of Balthazar. So, on paper it should apply enough pressure with Burning damage and Spirit Hammer tapping away, that they have to come to you to get some damage in (or if they are ranged you can Immobilize them to get on the inside.) With decently high power and precision, it should hurt whenever you get in with the hammer, and when you’re not close you’re still damaging well, and with the CC keeping them where you want them.
