Guild Wars 2

So anyone use this? Is this worth it in any way? For me its seems like the CD on this ability is to high. The hammer have slow attack spead dont help it.

Glacial Heart – Crits with a hammer have 50% chance to chill your target for 4 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 45

Combine with Sup sigil of Hydromancy.

Now it doesn’t look so bad anymore.

Only good vs small groups / sPvP / jumping puzzles though.

I haven’t tested it myself, but on paper it looks horrible. IF you’re using a Hammer and IF it’s not on cooldown and IF you happen to crit, it might Chill a target.
