Is there an internal cooldown on this? I’ve been testing it out, and even with constant critical hits, its only activating once every 15-20 seconds. i understand it says its a 50% chance, but it doesnt seem to be activating anywhere near 25% of the time.

It’s like a 30 second cooldown. That trait blows and would only be useful if it was a minor trait that happened to be placed in a good trait line. Don’t run it. My 2 cents.
