You won’t need them all, but they help a lot. One or two of those with a shout should do the trick, especially HG and WoR if used correctly.

My main is a guardian and I spvp/wvw a lot! I hope this helps. :-)

The engi is probably ranged with area denial from bombs, a burst from nades if he hits you with glue bomb. Scepter helps if you are Dps otherwise send your warrior or someone else with range to fight him or come help you ASAP. If you had good ranged damage it’s a different fight or condi immune to do damage like zerker stance.

33% uptime vs a good deal of engi damage is reaaallly strong. Speaking as an engi main.
