If we go by the leak that happened some months ago (that actually did have leaks that has been confirmed and added in game now) the Guardian next elite specialization will be “Purifier” and have main-hand axe.
Yep, and that leak is looking pretty credible right now. “Purifier” is somewhat vague, but I’m going to assume it’s a condition elite spec or something. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Of course if it brings back tomes (and not just Tome of Wrath), I don’t really care what other luggage it brings along.
Edit: The same source as the leak on reddit told me that it’s pure offense so far. So yeah, probably just a condition elite spec, and probably without tomes. I’m disappointed but I suppose I had no reason to expect anything more from ANet.
