Some overdue updates for 2015

Ive been noticing symbol of protection now forming above targets very often. More so than I ever saw it below a target.
Reworded Radiant Retaliation bug description ( thanks misterdevious.6482 ) and Hammer Symbol of Protection ( thanks nightblood.7910 )
Scepter orbs are able to be avoided by someone moving quickly side to side on the spot. Seriously why?
I think we should all focus on the most important bug currently in the game that effects guardians, and that is, the incorrect placement of the cosmetic aegis on a character when aegis is reapplies and weapons are drawn. Anet, guardian is a very ascetically pleasing class, please fix this!
I think Perfect Inscriptions is not working with Signet of Resolve, it doesn’t grant you “light aura” upon activation.
Also Wrath of Justice (Immobilize) doesn’t seem to work with GS 3rd Skill “Leap of Faith”
updated the traits and 95% of skills.

- Added: Radiant Fire only procs when target is burning
- Updated: Zealous blade not awarding heals for Whirling Wrath bolts ( thanks SineDen.3514 )

- Updated trait positions, copied from incorrect wiki order
- Removed: Radiant Fire only proc’ing on burning targets ( after tests )

- Removed: Invigorating Bulwark now applies for 10 seconds
- Removed: Wrath of Justice no longer puts Signet of Wrath into full cooldown
- Removed: Judge’s Intervention now correctly receives cooldown reduction from Monk’s Focus instead of Smiter’s Boon
When scrolled over, Tool Tip on “Save Yourselves” shows a boon duration of 10s. When equipped, the tooltip shows a boon duration of 5s.
Had to mention it because it’s annoying to see, every time I see it. lol.

Undead Rune’s 7% of toughness to condition conversion, doesn’t convert the toughness gained from Strength in Numbers nor the toughness gained from Stalwart Defender trait.

This is for the same as for Retributive Armor from FAQ#3

Well that’s strange… if Retaliation damages can alter depending on other sources such as Might stacks, Banners, etc… then this should work the same as well.
Not sure why this only counts base damages instead of additional additive sources… i’m curious as to their reasoning for this calculation type.

I am under the impression that Zealot’s Defense, sword #3, at 600 units range only hits 6 times instead of 8. Can someone confirm?
