Guardian Regen Question
it does stack, but dolyak runes aren’t that impressive. Depending on if you run shouts or not, soldier runes could be useful for the condition removal, as that could potentially negate much more damage than the approx. 30hps that only you would get. 4/6 Balefire runes would also help, as you can get vigor when hit. Conversely, runes of Dwayna or Water could also help, since they give boons or heal. Water 6/6 gives 690 base hp (+50% healing power) in an aoe. Too bad we don’t have any heal skills that are shorter cooldown than 30 (24) seconds, as any “on heal” effect (which usually have 10s cooldowns) would be twice as effective as we can get.
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bowl_of_Orrian_Truffle_and_Meat_Stew also help with dodge rolls. Not only do you get might each dodge, but you get +40% endurance recharge rate (does it stack with vigor? I haven’t needed to know).
(I expect you already know, but the heal on dodge (Honor 15) scales well with healing power, and is a great way to support your allies via healing)
I made a build because I was bored, but you can look around and see the crazy healing you could do if you felt like it.

Dolyak runes stack with everything else.
You can test this sort of stuff in the pvp lobby.
Awesome tysm guys!
Edit: @below, woops I meant Virtue of Resolve. Will edit main post now.

Signet of resolve doesn’t have a passive heal, it removes a condition every 10 seconds.

Pretty sure he meant Virtue of Resolve
Aye go Dwayna and sigils of energy and roll like mad. The aoe is a bit small so it takes some practice to hit allies, but combined with staff and shield 5 you can really crank out the hps. Also make sure to spam some staff autos since you get vigor on crit
Less useful in spvp cause the roll heal is lower but still evades a lot
